I wanted to give a quick update and your thoughts, messages and prayers have been deeply appreciated.  What was supposed to be a fairly straight forward trip and short one out of state ended up being much longer.  Family is something we all must cherish while we have them and this time I will always be grateful to have had.  Regaining my health was also on my “to do list” but it’s funny how that just doesn’t go our way for long.  Post-concussion can be rather challenging and I’ve learned a lot through this recovery from and creatively what the brain can and cannot do without rest and hadn’t been consistent.
